All alumni, faculty, staff, emeritus and their partners of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry are invited to attend the 2012 annual Homecoming Alumni Dinner and fall social on Friday, Oct. 12. Please RSVP to Peggy Erickson at (801)422-6269 by October 8.
The evening will begin in W170 of the Ezra Taft Benson Building at 6 p.m. with a reception and dinner, followed by the recognition of Dr. Reed M. Izatt, an emeritus professor who has had and continues to have a tremendous impact on the department. Professor Jaron C. Hansen will then speak about his current research in a talk titled, "Wasteology 101: How to Convert Waste into Energy."
